SKIN ATLAS was born out of a desire to treat people with the same care, time, and attention that I would choose for myself. It is a place to slow down and step away from the pace of everyday life. The studio blends refined massage techniques with science-driven skincare. Each treatment is thoughtful and unrushed, allowing the skin to be supported rather than prodded toward hurried results.

SKIN ATLAS is built on the belief that skincare is an ongoing process. It requires consistency, patience, and trust.

Successful skincare must be approached with intention and care and it requires dedicated time to be set aside for yourself.

ELA LEWIS

I grew up in the Polish countryside, where my grandparents owned a farm and life was rooted in simplicity. My youth was spent close to nature, adapting to the changing seasons and practicing the daily rituals of care and well-being. I was nurtured and shaped by strong women who introduced me to the natural remedies and methods of care that have been passed down through generations.

I have been a practicing esthetician since 2016. My training includes European and Japanese massage techniques, with advanced education completed in Paris under Sandrine Takumi-Finch, among other leading practitioners in the field. My work blends traditional massage with modern, research-based skincare. I focus on consistency, refinement, and long-term skin health rather than on temporary fixes.

THE SCIENCE OF SKIN, THE ART OF CARE

SCULPTING BEAUTY THROUGH PRECISION AND ENERGY

I firmly believe that, as a facial therapist, growth is achieved through practice. When cultivated with dedication and awareness, this work becomes an art. Like sculpting, it requires precision, sensitivity, and time, it’s the key is to create a balance of technique, intuition, artistry, and energy.

My upbringing was strongly focused on education, discipline, and self-sufficiency. I went on to study law, but ultimately chose a path that more aligned with my desire to work directly with people. After moving to New York, I explored various fields until I discovered esthetics. The philosophy and techniques of this profession felt instinctive to me. Esthetics allowed me to combine care, precision, and continual learning into a hands-on practice that I’d been seeking.

Philosophy

True, lasting results in slowing the aging process are achieved through a thoughtful and consistent skincare routine, supported by regular treatments. A gentle, non-invasive approach that strengthens the skin’s natural regenerative abilities is valued over quick fixes and temporary outcomes. This work requires patience, care, and intention.

At SKIN ATLAS, treatments combine ancestral massage techniques with science- supported skincare and carefully selected technology. Each element is chosen for its effectiveness and ability to address real skin health concerns over time. The focus is on proven methods that work, not trends. While many clients come for visible changes in the skin, we place equal importance on how they feel. Treatments are designed to support the skin as well as, the nervous system, and overall well-being. Relaxation does not require darkness or sleep. The goal is to guide the client to a calm, present state, in which they feel grounded and restored. We look beyond the surface and focus on the person as a whole.
